Anyone who visits Yosemite has seen the Upper Yosemite Falls from the valley floor. However, very rarely when California experiences an extremely wet winter, new pools of water form in the valley. This temporary pool created by the overflowing Merced River at Swinging Bridge created the perfect reflection of the falls on a crisp morning in early May of 2019.
