Superior Lake Landscape

On the Eastern side of the Sierra Nevada's, the Inyo National Forest, which is overshadowed by the famous National Parks in the area, covers a large swath of the mountain range. If you're willing to climb the steeper side of the mountain range, pristine lakes create the perfect place to escape outside. This shallow lake isn't the destination for most hikers in the area but it creates a scene of beauty with the lush green against granite rocks.
